another one for the books. now this is a bathroom i could primp in.

the soothing seafoam melts into a dream rug, and connects the colors in the most perfect way... the simplicity of each of the pieces and their skewed placement seem so right.

i shoot: beautiful budapest

the next stop of my journey was budapest, where every step unveiled a new stunning example of how they don't make it like they used to.

the "great market hall" on the pest end of liberty bridge is a stunning sight. local vendors sell fresh fruits & veggies, and handcrafted souvenirs.

built in 1894, the 3rd-oldest metro in europe runs beneath the streets of budapest. this rounded maple door along line 1 stands about 3 feet tall.

we stayed in zsofie's home in the hungarian hills. the envigorating shade of blue in my room was just what i needed to wake me up after a long night of spritzers at the ludwig museum. aside from my pile of travel goodies, the rooms' well-selected and precicely-hung art is complimented with just the right accidental bits.

my camera had died, and this iphone shot of the iconic hungarian kitchen doesn't do justice, but i had to include it.

i just returned from an amazing adventure in europe. my first stop was paris. i saw so many incredible things...

this blog is meant to become a collection of photos of things i enjoy, mostly surrounding the world of interior design.

i will also do a bit of ebay and craigslist hunting in an effort to help sift through the shit to find some gems for anyone who may enjoy cashing in on my picks.

probably i will get off track, but essentially that's my goal.

ideas and questions encouraged. advice and opinions given with a little expertise, but mostly instinct.
